Submitting Portrait CDs
If you are using YTO to create your pages, be certain to submit your portrait CD (once retakes are in hand) so that we can upload them for you to edit and flow. If you are using YearTech with InDesign you have the option of flowing them yourself through the portrait manager or sending us your CDs and template pages for us to flow. Don't hesitate to ask questions about any of these processes. Portrait pages can feel like the most daunting part of the whole yearbook process. Our tools make this so much easier!
In your editor's kit you will find a mailer with address labels. Just in case those were misplaced, any sturdy CD mailier will work. Address to:

By default the photos will be loaded by grade with a separate faculty/staff folder as well. It is always helpful to specificy if this is the sort order you prefer. It is also a good practice to write your job number on the CD.
