Clearing the Flash Cache -
Who knew we would ever be talking like this?
Occasionally a storage area within your browser that saves ('caches') things you have been doing within an Adobe Flash site (like YTO) will need to be cleared out. In many cases a browser just does this for you because of the settings you have made, but in cases where something fails to load or you get a 'plug-in crashed' message, this is the fix you need to know.
1. Go to the page ladder and right click (control+click for a Mac) and choose 'settings.' This will open up the Adobe Flash player - click on settings.
2. Click on the folder icon on the bottom.
3. Then drag the slider all the way to the left
4. You will see a message like this.
5. Say OK
6. Then drag the slider bar back to 100 kb again and then click close.
That's pretty much it. A simple housekeeping detail that is good to know.
